FOR BRANDS & AGENCIES
Content Licensing & Usage Rights
Written permission is required
No license is granted unless Cynthia and the client agree in writing. Payment for content creation alone does not automatically transfer copyright, ownership, paid-media rights, perpetual rights or unrestricted editing rights.
Terms each campaign should define
- Exact deliverables, revisions and approval process.
- Where the content may appear, including brand-owned social accounts, websites, email, marketplaces and retail pages.
- Whether usage is organic, paid advertising, boosted content, whitelisting or creator-handle advertising.
- License term, territory, media, spend limits and renewal terms.
- Exclusivity, competitor restrictions and category limitations.
- Raw footage, cutdowns, captions, translations, edits and derivative versions.
- Music, stock media, platform sounds and other third-party rights.
- Attribution, takedown timing, archival use and portfolio rights.
Cynthia’s name, likeness and voice
Use of Cynthia’s name, image, likeness, performance or voice is limited to the expressly approved campaign and license. A client may not imply that Cynthia is an employee, expert, official representative or ongoing spokesperson unless a written agreement specifically authorizes that portrayal.
Artificial intelligence and synthetic media
Without Cynthia’s separate, express written consent, content may not be used to train or evaluate artificial-intelligence systems; create face swaps, digital replicas, avatars, deepfakes or synthetic performances; clone or synthesize her voice; materially alter her appearance or words; or generate new content that appears to be performed or endorsed by her.
Edits and context
Permitted edits must not distort Cynthia’s meaning, fabricate a product experience, remove required disclosures, make unsupported claims, place her in unlawful or misleading contexts, or harm her reputation. Required legal and material-connection disclosures must remain clear in every authorized version.
Music and third-party audio
Music credit does not itself create permission to reproduce or synchronize a song with video. Campaign agreements should identify who obtains and pays for required music, composition, master-recording, platform, synchronization and advertising rights. Website portfolio copies may be muted or use separately licensed audio when platform-provided music cannot lawfully be redistributed outside that platform.
Brand-provided materials
The client should have the rights to any scripts, claims, trademarks, product materials, music or instructions it supplies and remains responsible for substantiating advertising and product claims. Final responsibilities should be stated in the campaign agreement.
Unauthorized use
Cynthia reserves all rights to request removal, pursue platform reporting or seek available legal remedies for unauthorized use. Nothing on this page waives any copyright, publicity, privacy, contract or other rights.
